Milltown America Part II

Milltown America Part II

Uxbridge, like many New England towns, has lost its heritage as a textile town. We have let our consumer brands price our way of life downward while they drive costs of goods down from cheap labor in China. Every time we as consumers buy for price, we do this to ourselves. At least until China’s middle class grows and makes an issue out of unfair wages.

We, meanwhile, have a choice buying more locally. We say “local before global” at Ramblers Way. Consumers who buy locally grown and made products are rebuilding their local economies and cultures. Ramblers Way is committed to making our products available locally at clothing stores. These retail partners of ours will evangelize the extraordinary uniqueness of this brand and will get you what you need delivered directly to your door if they are currently without your selection. Or, you can use this catalogue or our website for your own purchasing.
