Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges

All purchases made from our website may be returned for a refund or exchanged for any reason within 60-days of purchase.

Please contact customer service at 1-888-793-9665 or email info@ramblersway.com (be sure to include your order number). We will handle your return or exchange promptly from there.  Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 4:00 pm EST.

Cancelling Orders

If an unavailable item is keeping other items on an order from shipping or you simply decide you don't need an item anymore, you can delete items from your open orders in the Order Summary in Your Account. Deleting all items in an order will cancel the entire order. Or by calling Customer Service at 1-888-793-9665.
